I am wanting to study for 6 months in Hong Kong next year.
The thing is that i lived in Shanghai bout 2 years ago working as an english teacher and overstayed my business visa, and when i left i had to pay quite a bit of money to get out of the country......anyway im pretty sure they told me i could not come back in to China for the next 5 years....
So does anyone know if that would mean that i could not go to Hong Kong either?
