I bought crumpets from GREAT a while back. they were in the fridge section (near the mountain bread). check it out.

why oh why did someone have to mention Swiss Chalet? now I have a major hankering. their fries are THE BEST with salt and vinegar! quarter chicken dinner is the best deal around too!
best to go after 5 though to avoid the seniors' dinner rush.

Has ANYONE found lactose free milk here?

And I mean REAL milk (not goats, or soy or rice or some other horrible stuff) but with the lactose taken out. I used to get it in NZ and in Aus in supermarkets but no luck here so far!

You could try 360 in central, they seem to have a much broader range than most of the other western type supermarkets for dairy products
