Salt & vinegar crisps (I assume that's what you mean) are no problem.

There's plenty of choice of cold & flu tablets (the locals seem to waste more money on them than anywhere else I know).

Nurofen is readily available. I think there are other brand equivalents of Nurofen plus, if not Nurofen plus itself.

Mmm... Nurofen... sugar coated ibuprofen to encourage mass consumption by children. Never did understand the reasoning behind that, but they're definitely the tastiest pain pills around. Generic IB pills just aren't the same.

Oh, and to add to the list- good bread! (There is something blah about the bread from the upmarket stores, and the 'local' stuff is too sweet).
