Does anyone know of a place where can I get my electric guitar painted in candy blue? How much would it roughly cost?

On Lockhart Road, if you have just walked past the MTR/Computer Centre on your right keep walking a couple of hundred meters and look across the road to your left. On the first or second floor you will see a custom guitar shop. I have forgotten the name but there is a sign which hangs out with the name and website on it.
Otherwise ask at Tom Lee a couple of roads up from there- they will know.
