Hi - I am doing a site on hk82 webhosting but i am getting no response from their support. Can anyone tell me how to get to the web control panel, whether they have any 1-click installs and how to go about setting up a mysql database on thier hosting service?

I did a search for "hk82 webhosting" and the only thing that shows on the first page is this thread.

Their website hasn't been updated in 2 years, the copyright footnote is still 2005. PCH lists them with a HKIX connection but other than that not much sign of life.

yeah - they do appear to be pretty crappy.

MrMoo : one of the DB upgrades changed the character sets at random ... have to fix. Avoding all code changes till we've moved to our new servers in HK.
