I was in Pacifc place coming out of Great and there is a really cool looking Sushi place next to Grappas. am very excited to try it out. Anyone know the name / number so i can get a reservation ??? I was loaded with shopping and was more concerned with going to HSBC to go in and ask....

It is called Shiro and the number is 2155 8066. Between Lane Crawford and Grappas It has a restaurant area sushi belt and a bar.... will try over the weekend....

I tried Shiro this week.
Beautiful fresh sushi on a "kaiten" belt.
Highly recommend!

Shiro is definitely one of the pricier Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong, but the service, ambience and food are worth it. You can always take a look at their menu for price listings before you set foot in the restaurant, just to be safe.

Do they have chicken sushi? I love chicken sushi but I reckon it's a bit of a western innovation and have not seen it so far in HK!
