I going to graduate (Bsc) this year. My result is not good enough for studying Mphil. If i want to do R&D, is research assistant the only choice? I tried applying for research assistant poistion in local uni., but since i don't have the required experience, there is always no reply. My friend told me if i really want to do research, i can try to work as a volunteer in local university first before i work as a research assistant or further my studies. Do anyone of you have this experience?
