Visitor visa

Hi ,

I am planning to get my dad to HK for a month.
I understand that for Indians ,they give a on arrival visa for 14 days.Is there a chance that they reject this visa.Don't want to take any chances. Also is it possible to extend this visa.
Cheers.

99% of the time they will issue him a 14 days visa at the airport . For extension u can either go the Immigration department and get the extension there or u can go to China or Macao and come back to get an extension. If u go to the immigration department u need to take all your papers showing that u are supporting him during his stay here etc
