Has anyone had a good Sunday Brunch recently that wasn't in a hotel. Am trying to line up some nice places for visitors when they come and stay so they can just hang out and people watch with scrummy brunch. Any suggestions ???

yeah great spot.. and it always surprises me how quick it is to get there...

..probably regret saying this.. but the Fringe does a good brunch and it is usually not too busy.. great if the weather is fine.
