Pelican Cases?

Anyone know where I can purchase 'Pelican' cases (plastic, shock/water proof) in HK...

I would prefer a retailer where I could view prior to purchase.

Any help is much appreciated

No luck with the pelican cases, must admit though I didn't put too much effort into the search.

I did purchase one a good few years back through a supplier, just cannot remember who/where.

Let me know if you have any luck though

There's a dive shop across the road from one of the Wan Chai MTR exits that stocks Pelican. Sorry- I can't be any more specific than that as I was there last year!

I saw the distributor for Pelican at the CIOE show in Shenzhen last week.
There are many good alternatives to Pelican available now, Storm Cases is one of them, but I don't have their details on hand either.
Let me see what I can find when I get back to my office.

This is the place in Wan Chai. Give them a call, but I'm pretty sure they had a good range of Pelican case sizes.

Mine is ten years old now, and still about the same as when I first got it.

Haven't been to the office yet, should be there tomorrow.
My cases, ranging in size from attaché case to coffin, usually last about two years before they are completely trashed.
A combination of TLC from me, and extraordinary abuse from DHL/UPS/FedEx/airlines sees them well and truly broken.
They are good while they last though.

You have a requirement to keep cadavers waterproof?

Admittedly, my ten year old case hasn't seen much rough use. It just stores camera gear and I don't throw it around much.

I could fit a body in the largest case I use. Would need a few cuts, but if it's already dead then a but of mutilation wouldn't matter.
I have to drag a lot of test instruments around the globe, my cases are on the road pretty much full time.
I have seen a lot of Pelican knock-offs appearing on the market, some good, some not so, but this has helped push the price Pelican down a bit, which is quite welcome by me.
