Hi guys,

I have the HGC Broadband service. Since tonight, my WiFi route cannot connect to the service anymore. It works fine with the direct ethernet cable.

Did they change anything to their configuration?

I dont think they have changed. As i am the HGC user as well and connecting to internet via router.

Probably something wrong with your router. Have you tried to restarted the router?

yeah i did a hard reset of my router. Weird. Which one do you have?

i am using NETGEAR.

What about if connect the router and computer with cable?

okie it is working again. I didnt realize that i did a soft reset and not a hard reset.
