| Buying a flat in Hong Kong
Hi everyone!
I visit Hong Kong quite frequently and am tired of staying at hotels and with relatives. I'm considering purchasing a flat in Hong Kong, but I'm pretty clueless as to which areas to look at. I would like one that is convenient to all the trendy areas of HKI and Kowloon. My budget is around 500,000USD or around 3.9mil HKD. A flat that is well-serviced and relatively new are of strong preferences as well.
Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance!
I forgot to mention, I am a single independent, so I don't need anything too large in size. Around 500 square feet of livable space would suffice.
