Oh hi Leanne, read that Shanghai is expanding very rapidly and is very modernized now

M really nervous about my interviews with coy next wk... I was talking to one of the companies when the lady in charge told me that I need not bring copies of my degrees, and she emphasized on my testimonials...which I only have two from my days as student.

Can anyone tell me if the companies look out for education background and what kind of testimonials do HK employers look at?

There was one but it's gone long time ago. As far as I know there is no pure Greek restaurant in HK but there are other places that serve greek dishes. One is Scirocco Mediterranean Restaurant in Soho.

There are also a couple of Turkish restaurants which (at the risk of getting beaten up by people from both places) I would say are pretty similar.
