Hi all

Anyone can give me some ideas on where or what section can offer most highest salaries offer to those like me who have 7 years logistics experience? Hv worked for garment industries, mainly about freight negotiation, shipment arrangement, project, trade compliance.

Seems not easy to get hired by MNC on the managerial grade. Cuz i just started work in a small firm as Log mgr for half yr....so is it hard for me to join big MNC ? also what other subject i should study to enhance my opportunities in future, not just logistics field.

Have you connected with a headhunter firm ... loads of them in HK and always seeking to fill positions in this area.

Be persistent and constant .... know who is hiring and for what ... that means sending out CV's, getting to know the decision makers or at least how to access their gatekeepers so that would mean attending industry events such as talks, lunch discussions, etc.

I get a bit lost when working in this industry for past year and can't get the same reward same as other ppl in other industry.....just wonder if it needs further diverification.....on other industry...
