Responsibilities


To maintain editorial contacts in the regional database by questionnaire/ telephone or other methodologies

To use telephones, questionnaires or other types of methodologies to monitor trade press, directories, new media, editorial, client information and other sources on a regular basis in each specific region/groups of countries

To be responsible for the updating and up-keeping of the database

To proof read and otherwise prepare the directories for publication

To assist in the maintenance of the global database

To work with/liaise with media relations staff on the co-ordination of media research activities

To ensure that no entry in the sector remain unverified longer than specified by the research schedule


Requirements


University graduate with at least 1 year experience in media, research, public relations or communications

Good communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English

Native in Bahasa Indonesian / Bahasa Melayu

Meticulous, Detailed-minded with strong organizational power.

Patience to endure routine schedule

Experience in internet research will be an added advantage
