Park Island???
Hi, I'm interested in moving to Park Island. Anyone here from Park Island who knows how much it is rent one of those 400-500 sq. ft. 1 bedroom flats? ( cheapest?)

And where can car owners park their cars if they live on PI? I heard they can try the Tsing-Yi carpark or some other malls nearby?

Can't comment on the vehicle issue, but the rent for a 1BR runs 5-7K/month.

Just come to PI and talk to the real estate agencies. I used Centaline but have a look at a few units with different agencies.
