| SERAP-Small Entrepreneur Research Assistance Program This fund is set up by Hong Kong Government to promote innovation and technology. Does anyone know what kind of projects have been financed under this fund. Where can we get information on the projects. Can innovative web development projects be financed under this scheme? Comments from an existing beneficiary will be highly useful.  |
