hello,

i am looking for a lawyer who is specialised in business relationships. i am planning to open a second company with a business partner from spain and we have to set up a detailed contract about our business relationship (incl. duties, what happens if one quits etc.).

does anyone have any recommendations?
how much should i expect to pay for such service?
