indeed. edushi.com is PRC based and started out w/ mainland cities maps. For a while i thought majority of their maps were duplicated building models on tiles plus special treatment for signature landmark buildings. The amount of time, money & effort spent on acquiring visuals of the buildings is stunning.

lo and behold the amazing feat of cheap labour.
