I'm gonna call for a movie night on Friday, March 21.

Suggested movie: "The Spiderwick Chronicles"

Location: depends on ticket availability & head counts, likely TST, Admiralty, Central, Causeway Bay area.

Time: around 7-8 pm, dinner altogether after movie

Deadline of joining by Thurseday night. I will buy tickets online for all. So, pls do show up if you're in.

I'm not so bothered to see it, but I have a young lady friend who wants to - so my opinion doesn't count so much... Megabox is a bastard to get to, but the IMAX stuff there is pretty nice

I too have a youngish spiderwick fan who mistakenly thought the film was already showing last Thursday. So we had a superfluous trip to the box that is mega.
Its actually quite well located once you get the hang of it. If you are going from HK take the MTR via North Point and then the shuttle bus. Any other mode of transport can be a pain.

i watched spiderwick last night at olympic city. it was so much better than i expected. much better than harry potter (my opinion only), & slightly better than lion witch and wardrobe. i went in with zero expectations. but was surprised how good it was. the first 15 minutes is kinda boring, but it really hits the nail on the head when it gets rolling.
