Dear All,

No dogs are allowed in Lung Tak Court in Stanley. However, a lady keeps a large black dog who shits and pees on the slopes within the housing estate, usually in the middle o the night. She has never ever cleaned up. Being a dog-lover myself I would hate to file a complaint which might result in her abandoning the dog. What could one do? Thanks!

My plan would require the whereabouts of her doorstep, a doorbell, a paper bag, and a lighter... among other things.

I would suggest the same, if you know her apartment number stick a note in her mailbox explaining you will have NO option but to demand the dog goes if they do not take the animal somewhere else to do it's business and clean up after it. If it doesn't happen then report them.

Stanley wouldn't work for many reasons, but are there other places like this in kowloon or east nt?

Carter, I like the paper bag thought, though I'd be filling the bag with something she left behind (rather than igniting it)... then placing that on her doorstep... or if one is really lucky, she may be one of thsoe neighbours that leaves her shoes outside the door... that could be a very unpleasant suprise... maybe a poo-parcel in her mailbox??
