I will be moving to Hong Kong on the second week of April and would like to have a head start at finding an apartment. Do any of you know of an availability at The Merton, Kennedy Town? I just need a one bedroom unit.

Usually a lot are available. just wander down near there and pop in by a housing agent and have them show you what's open.

i wonder how much the merton costs now. back in the day, right after SARS, i thought about buying a flat there. it was like 1.8 million to 2.6 million at that point. i gave up the idea cuz it wasn't the greatest location in the world. it must be horribly expensive these days.
