| Join our Cantonese class!
So me and 2 other friends have joined a class in Wan Chai to study Cantonese. We already took the introductory courses which were a bit too "traditional" (we had to force the teacher to speak Cantonese to us and let us practice dialogue instead of just repeating from the textbook) so it's private lesson time! 24 hours of study, with the 3 of us it comes to $3820. This is because we couldn't find a 4th person to join us ... which would bring the cost down to about $2500 or so each. Anyone who has some OK basic Cantonese (can order in a restaurant or ask where the bathroom is) want to join us? |
