 Queens Garden - building site
We live in Queens Garden in Mid Levels and have put up with our building looking like a building site for almost a year and a half and it doesn't look any closer to being finished. It has been re-surfaced very badly and looks shabby whilst our rent has been seriously increased - about 45% !! Has anyone sucessfully claimed compensation for lack of facilities etc whilst a building is under renovation ?? We were given a membership at LRC during construction but could not take our visitors or use it at the weekends so it was pretty useless...... anyone any experience of this type of claim ?? |
