Hi everyone. I just relocated to HK a couple of weeks ago and I'm loving it here. I am a fluent Mandarin speaker so before coming here, I thought I was going to get around okay. But as it turned out, I was wrong. In addition, I spend most of my time at work in an English-speaking environment so I don't think I'll be able to pick up Cantonese without someone actually teaching it to me. Therefore, I am looking for a private tutor who can help me with Cantonese during weekends. Ideally, I am looking for someone around my age (24-ish), with previous experience teaching Cantonese. A great personality would definitely be a plus too. If you are interested, drop me a line and we'll talk about rates, etc.

Hi this is Tinnie and is around your age. I am a naive Cantonese and is now studying English in university. I speak fluent Cantonese, English, Mandarin and a bit Spanish. Though I don't have previous experience in teaching Canotonese, I have studied Phonetics and Phonology and I believe I can help you to identify the accurate pronunciation of Cantonese easily.
