I graduate from my degree this June, i will get my transcript before i get my certificate(diploma).

My question is can i apply for the HK work visa with just the official transcript? and also what are my chances of gaining the work visa considering i have newly graduated?

Assuming that
1.you have an employer to sponsor your work visa
2.immigration believes that your work cannot be fulfilled by local talent

In the past I have used an official transcript in lieu of my diploma to represent that I had in fact completed my studies from one school I had attend.
