I think we have 9 so far then? Cause 2 of you here aren't on the "original" list on http://groups.google.com/group/hamsapfc?hl=en

(By the way, best to sign up for the Hamsap FC website and check there, that's the definite source.)

As it stands, the game tomorrow is on, in Aberdeen at 10am (Wong Chuk Hang, next to Aberdeen Sports ground), but most of us will be meeting up in Causeway Bay Times Square at 9:45am and taking taxis there (under the giant screen, next to MTR Exit A).

So we have 8-9 so far, room for a couple more still. Bring yourself and a red shirt.

Today's match went pretty well. 4 new people, the first time we played together as a team (didn't do too badly really). Only downside was the heat and the fact that I now resemble a lobster.

Next time: aiming for later times, grass pitches, and bringing sun tan lotion.

Lobster! Ha Ha!

I can't wait for next week - just need to get myself some proper footballing trainers and the rest of the kit.

I think Thursday is Champions League final, who can make it for some drinks?

The final's this Wednesday, but the match doesn't start till 2:45am HK time (Which is almost the same time as the Euro 2008 final too unfortunately.)

We've got Tung Chung for Sunday June 15th, but the next three Sundays have no pitch booked yet. Hopefully Richard can sort Tung Chung out for us, otherwise there's not much choice... we could repeat today's game, Aberdeen around 10 or 11am... bit early and sunny though. And the concrete pitch is slightly killing on the feet - I was wearing indoor soccer trainers, which was probably a bad idea as the rubber on the soles really got hot and it felt like I was walking on burning sand towards the end of the match. The small soft astroturf stud shoes might be better on concrete. (This type: image)

1 - 2:30 pm.

Aiming to get future games a little later, either the 3 - 4:30 slots or 5 - 6:30.

Haha I got abit lobsterfied myself. There's like 5 or 6 pitches in Victoria park behind Causeway Bay sports ground on Causeway Road. They're a short walk from Tin Hau MTR station. Problem is they're also concrete surfaces.

Champs League Final-I'm up for that!! Warning you know though, come the final whistle, I'm either gonna be the happiest bloke on earth or sobbing like a little tart!

Just checked with Richard - all the Tung Chung Sunday slots for the next 3 weeks are booked up :/

We've got June 15th though, and we should be able to get June 22nd once it becomes available through online booking. In the mean time... the other solution is a repeat of this Sundays, eg; early morning, hard pitch.
