Your welcome to bring friends too. | I would like to join you guys.
How old are you guys? I'm mid-40 and only a social player. But have been looking for some friends to have this kick-around since i move to HKG last June.

| | | it seems we're a mixed age group so you'd be very welcome.
We'll see if getting the pitch becomes a a weekly event as Richard booked it this time for us

| | | Well, we had a match today, had 10 people, so we managed an hour of 5-aside. The pitch was intended for 7-aside though, and it was really humid, so we could easily do with about 16-18 people. I think we have at least a few more who'll be able to make it to our next match which should bring our numbers up to 7-aside, then anyone else is welcome to join as we definitely need subs for a whole 90 minute match.
Also if we get this going enough, perhaps later (most of the seasons are closed for june/july) we could join one of the bigger leagues as an 11 man team, with a 15+ player squad. But best just to get a few friendly games under us first. If Richard's able to book the pitch again next week, we'll try to do it again for the same time next Sunday.

| | | Pros? Can't be on about me then!
You were good - (you scored too!) i think we all did well. The heat is intense though.
Can't wait for next week - makes me feel alive having a good run about and crying with pain when i get home!!
If anyone is up for watching the grand finale of the Premiership tonight somewhere let me know!

| | Pros? I back-heeled the ball to the opposition's striker in the penalty area!
I might go out tonight to try and watch Chelsea Vs Bolton, but I suspect most places are showing Man Utd Vs Wigan, so I suppose I could watch that too and support Wigan. I'm up for suggestions where to go - I'd normally go to East End Brewery in Taikoo Place but it's a bit out of the way and the area's a bit dead late on Sundays (though maybe not if tomorrow's a bank holiday). If anyone knows a better place for football with a decent crowd and acceptable drink prices...
