I was wondering if we should run around in custom Hamsap FC kits looking like a set of plonkers. Pink or orange shirts? Giant cock for a logo or this?

Just a quick update: Football's at 1:30pm tomorrow (Sunday) at Happy Valley, pitch 7 in the middle of the race course.

But if you can't find the pitch, you can meet up with a group of us in Times Square at 1pm - just under the giant screen, out from Causeway Bay MTR exit A, you'll probably see a group of people wearing football shirts - that'll be us that will.

Quickest way to get there from HK side...

Is the MTR the quickest way to get to the Tung Chung pitch (apart from taxi)?

Pretty much, yes, if you're going from HK Island. It's about a 25-30 minute trip from the Hong Kong Station.

We're playing again tomorrow in Tung Chung at 11:30am. Hoping the rain stays away. If it's an amber rainstorm or something at 10am tomorrow, the game's probably off, but if it's dry or just light drizzle, then we'll be playing.

Yep we're playing again this Sunday July 20th, at 1pm in Tung Chung.

And then again on July 27th in Tung Chung at 3pm. Every Sunday really, just sometimes changing times.

Numbers vary each week, usually around 12-15, with a few new faces each time as not everyone can make it every week. We can always use more players, it hasn't grown so much as to be a problem yet and if it does we can always start booking 11-aside pitches.

It's the plastic grass. Which probably has some rubber pellets underneath. Astroturf boots are probably appropriate footwear though, or soft plastic studs, as no one else will be wearing metal studs.

We're playing this Sunday 20th in Tung Chung at 1pm.

Here's a map to the pitch;

We're playing this Sunday (July 27th) in Tung Chung at 3pm, double booking so we've got an extra long session. Come along, we'll need the numbers!
