V@happy valley V.S 338 V.S De Fenwick

Hi! I am relocating to hk from ny this fall and have been looking for a serviced apartment to stay. I am actually thinking about long term lease, so this is going to matter a lot more and I don't think I have the opportunity to see them in person before I move in for real! Would love to hear all your thoughts.

Ok, those are my concerns and I am currently considering an option among V@ happy valley, 338 Apartment @ Sheung Wan and De Fenwick @ Wan Chai. Any inputs are all welcome and hugely appreciated!
  • V @ happy valley: I adore V's design and think they are really new york-ish and chic, in particular its premium studio with a terrace garden, but seems like 338's studio has better value (slightly more spacious and the monthly rent includes utilities). I will be working in Central so both of them are not that close to my office.
  • 338: As of 338, the only thing I don't like about it is the location. I lived in HK before and all that three years' time I stayed in Sheung Wan area. As you can tell, I want some new air.
  • De Fenwick: I don't know that much about De Fenwick but the pictures on their website look ok and they seem to be a lot cheaper.

And, can I bargain for a cheaper price with them? Is that normal?

THANKS!
