Is anybody else having problems with loading pages on the site? Last night it was Google, today I'm finding Geo running painfully slow...in both Firefox and Safari.

What ISPS are you guys using?

Can you do a ping "www.geoexpat.com" and a ping "static.geoexpat.com" for me?

For static.geoexpat.com the response time should be 18-30 ms.
For Apartments, Classifieds, Forums, Jobs and Resources for Expats in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Tokyo and more... :: Hong Kong GeoExpat the response time should be 230ms.

I suspect the problem might be the google banners we show. Will disable them for a while.

There is something seriously wrong with your ping times.

No way could you be in HK and getting < 200 ms ping times to "www.geoexpat.com" and 200+ ms pings to static.geoexpat.com is again weird it should be in the 18-25ms range.
