Could somebody give me a recommendation of good reliable (and competitive price) travel agency? Also which one to avoid?

I used orchid travel (star ferry) before, their price is good but they forgot to book my vegetarian meal, not once, twice...

that has happen to me more often than not and I am elite flyer with several carriers and directly in my account it states veg.meal all though I am only prefer veg. meal when flying especially long distances - as I am not a vegetarian but if you are limited options in terms of food available on the plane.

I would suggest WorldLink Travel in Houston Centre in TST East - Catherine is really good.

I was using Excella travel but they also forgot my veg. meal on at least four trips plus some other issues. Although, I know many who still rave about their service but I am not.
