Hello,

I understand there are some good apartment complexes in Tai Wai and am interested in moving there on a rental basis.

My budget is around 16K and am looking for an apartment size of around 1100 sq.ft (gross)(-- that would probably make it to approx. 900 sq. ft, usable?) I prefer an apartment complex, rather than Spanish type villas.

Any info on the names of such complexes, and also some local property agents you have dealt with is most welcome. TIA

Probably you best bet on that budget would be Granville Garden which would give you the size you need. The only others of that size are far above your budget range.

For agents, well the main agents are opposite the Tai Wai station (exits A + D). I'd recommend a guy called Nico who works at Centaline and whose English is very good.
