rick... if you are paying 1 month agent fees, you are being taken for a ride. it should be 50-50 with the landlord.

it is 2 months deposit and 1st month's rent. i think i'm on my 8th lease in 13 years....

Sorry Carang, you are right. It is 50/50 with the landlord, and 2 months deposit etc. time (and too many nights in lan kwai fong) has obviously hazed my memory...
