Looking for an contractor / interior designer
I've got a budget of 150K and and am looking to renovate a 450 sq ft apt in mid-levels.

Building is about 15 years old so all the pipes and drains work fine.

I'm just looking to renovate the exterior and make it look like one of those fancy designer pads that you see on squarefoot magazine.

Can anyone recommend a contractor/interior designer who can help in this budget range?
