See you all Thursday - for those who are new to Hong Kong Staunton Street is approx half way up the mid levels escalator. Easy to recognise as 'Stauntons' wine bar is on the corner - and I think the cake place is almost opposite Stauntons wine bar - but I may be making that last bit up so don't quote me on it !!!
