Hopefully there are some tech wizards out there who can help ... since Netvigator will not answer my calls until 9am. My netvigator and now tv, which were working fine at 11pm last night, are now not working. Except if I make a phone call. That' right... I pick up my phone and start dialling, and immediately the tv springs into life! The moment I put down the phone, off it goes again. It's truely bizarre! I mean, I know that all the services come down the same cable but why they should work when the phone is IN USE is very strange.
Any ideas anyone? I've done all the normal stuff re switching it on and off again etc.

I would just call them .. they're usually pretty quick to send someone down to check.

at least 24 hours, sometimes 2 days!. they are coming tomorrow evening. they think it is "the filter" - if I knew where to replace it i would just go and buy a new one and try and fix this myself!
