how to BARGAIN on the 16GB iphone....?

Sorry guy's but i'm gonna be in HONG KONG for a day this friday... AND was wondering how would I go about bargaining in Hong Kong? I mean I think on some posts it' says the phone is running for 4999, but then I read somewhere Else it's going for 4650.. So What do you think the lowest price would be? I'm trying to aim at the 4,500. Hopefully
