DB - Accomodation

hi everyone,

We are keen on moving to Discovery Bay with our 3 year old son.

I want to know what is the cost of living like in DB. Is it expensive than other places?

My budget is between 15 - 20 K. Will I get a 3 bedroom n 2 bathroom appartment??

What are the various activities my young toddler can enjoy in DB?

how much time does it take to reach Central .... with ferry and without ferry?
