Party venues in HK?

I am looking to arrange a suprise birthday party and would really welcome some ideas!

My husband organsied the party tram for my birthday last year so I would really like to do something a bit different.....either a bar venue to hire or similar.

I know the roof garden at the Fringe is great but some other ideas would be great!

For roughly how many people? And just drinks or food as well (if so, what type)?

Probably around 20-30 people, would consider food but want to keep it fairly reasonable
Thanks for your help!

Or a tram party?

The one we had a couple of years ago was great fun.

Er, you might want to reread the original post a little more carefully...

How would doing the tram be "different" in this context?

there're a few clubs personally i enjoy going.

1) WHY club - in TST though, like their private rooms, is spacious and great decored
2) PI -in Central, really nice view
3) Club Avenue - in Central, well just a relatively new venue

well, and i do agree that the nite cruise is quite special
