I need a very good reasonable dermatologist for a variety of skin conditions. I have insurance but the one under my scheme is not really help me recover fast enough. I will go anywhere for a nice english speaking dermatologist.

we've used dr. leo chow @ skincentral. a little expensive but speaks perfect english & is absolutely amazing!

I've seen Dr. Leo Chow as well. He's very competent and nice. I would suggest that you call first for an appointment (I suggest going there early afternoon midweek) so that you wouldn't have to wait very long.
