Does anyone know if it is possible to get a Turducken at this time of the year in Hong Kong??

Is it possible... ever? we were still new, but looked around US thanksgiving time, and did not find one. If you do, please update! I have started an office tradition of making turducken with all the American fixings for my husband's work colleagues in the US, and this year with the transfer, they were asking where THEIR turducken was. I don't really want to go the length of deboning the birds myself... I'm not THAT ambitious

for the deboning part, i think a local market will be able to debone the whole bird for you... if you ask nicely.... but even after deboning, so much preparation is needed to stuff the birds.... best is if anyone knows a place where its ready made and you can just chuck it into an oven and just wait...

Maybe try the American chamber of commerce to see if they know somebody in one of the hotels that does it.

Seriously doubt it would be found in HK ....
