Pet and Hong Kong

I am in Seattle right now and have just received an offer to work in HK. My office will be located in Wan Chai area...I have a few questions:
1. Where is a good place to live in Wan Chai that will also take pets. I have 2 dogs a 4 lb pomeranian, and a 11 lb pekinesse that I have to bring with me.
2. Do I have to pay extra deposit for it?
3. How do I bring my dogs to HK from US?

Thanks...my pets are like family, if i can't take them, then I won't be taking the job...that's how I love them..crazy huh?

Any other pet lover in Hong Kong? Would love to hear from you

I think that makes three people from Seattle moving to Hong Kong soon, odd?

I wish I was taking my pets, but they've "decided" to stay here.

Wan Chai's a wonderful neighbourhood with a very active nightlife, I'm sure you love it there! I know i spent almost every evening there dining in some dinner and walking back to central with the misses at the time...

I'm not 100% on this, but I'd recommend you have full medical history for your pets, they might ask for recent certificates, to certify it's clear of all disease. I'm not saying your pets might have diseases, I'm pretty sure the last thing you'll want is problems. I think one of the other members will correct me if I'm wrong.

Wish you every good luck with your trip and keep us posted as to how everything is.
