YIPES.. That's $591usd. Did they re-clad it with DIAMONDS?
In April, I was asked to bring over a 16GB iPhone from the states. Both Apple Stores in my vicinity were out of stock. The trick is to visit an
AT&T Wireless store where contrary to my presumption, they did NOT force me to bundle the hardware with a 2-year service contract. 16GB out-the-door price? $543usd after taxes ($4230hk)

The 8GB version would've been $434usd ($3383hk)
Had I known of HK's iPhone drought, I probably would've picked up a few (dozen) more.
In case there's any ambiguity, the iPhones sold through the official Apple Stores or at mobile phone vendor AT&T are the
same hardware. Both equally
jailbreak-able.
