Buddhism - groups/temples (English spkg)

I recently moved from NYC and am looking to learn more about Buddhism. Are there any Buddhism classes/groups/temples that cater to English speaking people / expats? Found a temple in Kowloon (Tzu Chi) but it is catered more to locals and speakers mostly speak in Cantonese. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks! Also noticed that the younger population (20s, early 30s) in HK don't seem too interested in Buddhism, but maybe its just the impression I got from the temple I visited.

Buddhism

Have you got luck so far and found some english buddhism classes in Hong Kong?

There are quite a few of buddhism books which are translated in English in fact.

Hi all,
Welcome to HK!

I am a memeber of SGI since I was a teenager and they have English or Japanese class for non-chinese. Perhaps you can browse the link to see if you interest to learn about and I am more than happy to show you our centre in HK and to introduce you to our English speaker group.

Hi

I have been in HK for 2 years and was looking around to attend Buddhist dharma class over the weekends (in English). I used to attend this kind of service at the temples in Singapore but not able to find similar here.

Well if you do come across such do let me know too....

Alex

Hi Cosmo Girl,

Would be nice if you could show me and introduce to me the HKG buddhist group.

Let me know when you will be going there.

I am away next week but I will be back in September.

Thank you.
