I must be the only guy in HK with Scotch Bonnet peppers in the freezer and Jamaican allspice berries in the spice rack. If you don't make your own, you simply aren't getting any here.

Again: Havana. I am not a fan by any stretch of the imagination (and have not eaten there for a long time for exactly that reason), but they do have a couple of jerk dishes on their menu.

Havana sucks. Sorry, but it does. You know, I was thinking about how cool it would be to have a reggae-themed Caribbean food spot, but it's hard as hell to get the ingredients (I'd have to have everything shipped in). That being said, I just bought some pigeon peas, so I'll be making some jerk pork/chicken soon
