Hi all...

Just wanted to know if there is any South Africans or South African Chinese people in GeoExpat.. it would be great if one day we could arrange a Braai or something!!

I was born in HK, but moved to SA when i was 4, so im literally South Africanised, if you get what i mean.. im 24/m and a Graduate Quantity Surveyor.. been here for almost a month now..

anyway please do post some stuff here (even if you are not South African, but know a South African, let them know!!)

Hey there! Ek is 'n Suid Afrikaner! maar nog nie in HK nie. I saw the other day that the SA ppl in Shanghai have quite an active club going called Shosholoza Shanghai. Maybe there is s.th similar in HK? Or maybe you could start s.th? VIVA!

BTW braai = BBQ WITHOUT shrimps lol! Preferably boerewors, chops, ribs or steak hey?

trouwens het restaurant "stoep" aan cheung sha strand is wel heel goed. als je er nog niet ben geweest moet je het zeker eens proberen.
