If the former I would strongly advise you to invest in a long-haired dictionary. Believe me it's the best way. Perhaps that is what you meant by 'private tutors...'?

In that case you can find many willing tutors in Wan Chai on Sunday afternoons.

Alternatively, if you are in a position to hire a domestic helper why not hire an Indonesian helper?
You can have as much language exchange as you want.
