Fitness club scene for an older woman?

Hi everyone, I am in my 40's and will soon be living in HK for a month. I would like to maintain my thrice weekly regular aerobics dance class routine while in HK. Have been in contact with CA Fitness which is near where my flat will be in Wan Chai...Can anyone describe the scene at the fitness classes in terms of dress, age, etc.? Will I feel out of place? I am in good physical shape and can handle a challenging class, but I definitely do not look or dress like I'm in my 20's.

IMO you need to check it out and judge it for yourself. There is a mix of members at all of California's gyms, but if I was older I'd probably be most comfortable at Season's Fitness in ICBC tower in Central. That being said, nobody is gonna laugh at you or anything, especially if you can hold your own in the classes. CA Fitness in Wanchai should be perfectly fine, but whether or not you feel it's suitable for you is totally up to you.

Pretty much with Jay on this one.

I walk past California in wanchai on a regular basis and theres always a mixed bunch of people there so you should fit in fine.

I'd have nothing to worry about to be honest.
