Expat media jobs in Hong Kong I am thinking of moving to Hong Kong to work within TV, print or interactive media and would like to know the best way to go about it. I speak a little Cantonese but my main language is English. Can anyone help point me in the right direction, please?

Moving from Where? How? When? Have Visa? Have Relatives? At least provide some information or else go through www.geoexpat.com. You will find all possible alternatives available to you.

I've got a couple of name cards of some media head hunters and will try and PM them to you. Remind me on sales@geoexpat.com if I forget.

It's not a great time to be looking for journalism jobs in HK right. The Far Eastern Economic Review just shut down and TVB recently laid off a bunch of people from its news division. From what I hear, the situation is not much better at most other media outlets based in HK. What sort of experience do you have? You may find it quite difficult to find something here if you don't already have a work permit.
